The study addresses the issue of the sale, in the course of judicial enforcement proceedings, of animals regarded as exotic, subject to species protection, dangerous, or classified as invasive species. It examines the identification of specimens, restrictions on their trade in the form of permits and registration requirements, as well as the course of the enforcement proceedings themselves and the measures applied therein. Particular attention is devoted to issues of custody (supervision) and the admissibility of specific modes of sale. The purpose of the study is to indicate the proper procedure for conducting enforcement where such animals constitute the subject matter thereof.
Keywords: judicial enforcement, enforcement against movable property, attachment, animal rights, dangerous animals, exotic animals
