STRESZCZENIE

W niniejszym artykule autor omawia zmiany w czynności doręczenia korespondencji sądowej pozwanemu za pośrednictwem komornika sądowego, dokonane na mocy ustawy z 9 marca 2023 r. o zmianie ustawy – Kodeks postępowania cywilnego oraz niektórych innych ustaw. Analizie zostały poddane zmienione lub nowe przepisy Kodeksu postępowania cywilnego w tym zakresie – tj. art. 139(1) k.p.c., art. 139(2) k.p.c. oraz zmodyfikowane przepisy ustawy o komornikach sądowych – tj. art. 3a u.k.s. i art. 3b u.k.s.

ABSTRACT

Serving Court Correspondence to a Defendant Via a Bailiff after Changes Introduced under the Act of 9 March 2023 Amending the Act – Code of Civil Proceedings and Certain other Laws

In this article the author discusses changes in the action of serving court communication to a defendant by a bailiff introduced under the Act of 9 March 2023 on amendment to the Act – Code of Civil Proceedings and certain other laws. The amended or new regulations of the Code of Civil Proceedings have been analysed in this respect, namely art. 139(1) of the Code of Civil Proceedings, art. 139(2) of the Code of Civil Proceedings and modified regulations of the Act on bailiffs, namely art. 3a and art. 3b of the Act.
