ABSTRACT
Limitations of Enforcement Introduced with Anti-COVID-19 Laws
As a result of the status of epidemic hazard announced in the territory of the Republic of Poland on 14 March 2020, and next the status of epidemic due to the hazard of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) infection declared on 20 March 2020, the legislator introduced a number of limitations in enforcement, applicable both during the period of the epidemic hazard and the status of epidemic and after their termination. While such limitations should be of episodic nature, as there is no perspective of ending the epidemic status, many of them are still in force. This article presents limitations in enforcement that are most important, according to the author, applicable during the epidemic hazard and epidemic status, both those still inforce and those that have expired.
