Review of Enforcement Law” is the only specialist legal journal in Poland devoted mainly to legal issues related to court enforcement. “Review of Enforcement Law” is published quarterly.

Privacy Policy

  1. The Administrator of the author’s personal data is Currenda Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (sp. z o.o.) with its registered office in Sopot at al. Niepodległości 703A, 81-853 Sopot (hereinafter: Currenda). The Data Administrator can be contacted in writing at the above address or via e-mail: sekretariat@currenda.pl.
  2. In all matters related to the processing of the author’s personal data, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Supervision by e-mail: iod@currenda.pl or by post: Personal Data Protection Supervision, Currenda sp. z o.o., al. Niepodległości 703A, 81-853 Sopot.
  3. The author’s personal data will be used for the publication and dissemination of the work.
  4. The data will be processed on the basis of the provisions of Article 6 Section (1)(b) and (f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and accompanying acts.
  5. Currenda processes the author’s personal data as part of its social media profiles and accounts. The basis for data processing is Currenda’s legitimate interest in promoting its own brand, caring for its image, and ensuring effective communication.
  6. The data obtained will be processed and stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose specified in the contract, taking into account storage periods specified in laws.
  7. The author has the right to request access to their personal data, to rectify it or restrict its processing, and to delete it, if permitted by law. The author may exercise these rights by sending a request to: iod@currenda.pl or postal address: Personal Data Protection Supervision, Currenda sp. z o.o., al. Niepodległości 703A, 81-853 Sopot, with the note “IOD”.
  8. The author has the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data by Currenda with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  9. Currenda may disclose the author’s personal data to entities supporting Currenda in its operations and in the provision of services (suppliers and subcontractors).
  10. The provision of data is necessary for the publication and dissemination of the work and is required by law.
