Anti-plagiarism policy

  1. Only original, previously unpublished works are accepted for publication in the journal “Review of Enforcement Law”. Authors may only submit their own original texts for publication.
  2. The journal “Review of Enforcement Law” does not accept any form of plagiarism or other such abuses. Plagiarism or fabrication of data is unacceptable. The editorial board of the journal reserves the right to report and document any instances of scientific dishonesty.
  3. The journal’s anti-plagiarism policy aims to prevent all manifestations of plagiarism and other such abuses, and to protect and respect original research results.
  4. The author assures that there have been no violations of publication ethics and bears full responsibility for the content of the publication.
  5. By submitting a text for publication, the author acknowledges and reliably signals the work of researchers whose scientific achievements are referred to in the article.
  6. In the case of co-authorship, the percentage contribution of each author to the publication should be indicated.
  7. In order to avoid the publication of texts that show signs of plagiarism, the Editorial Board uses an anti-plagiarism system.
  8. Plagiarism may be reported by a member of the Editorial Board, a reviewer or a reader, both in relation to a text submitted to the Editorial Board and to a text already published.
  9. In the event of any suspicion or accusation of plagiarism, the Editorial Board will take appropriate steps to investigate and clarify the situation.
  10. If plagiarism is detected, the procedures outlined in the COPE diagrams “Plagiarism in a submitted manuscript” and “Plagiarism in a published article” shall be followed accordingly.
