Submission of text

Review of Enforcement Law” is the only specialist legal journal in Poland devoted mainly to legal issues related to court enforcement. “Review of Enforcement Law” is published quarterly.

Texts should be sent in electronic form in Word format (as an attachment to an e-mail) to the following e-mail address: ppe@currenda.pl or magdalena.ruzicka@currenda.pl

Submitted material should include:

  • the author’s first and last name;
  • academic degree or title;
  • ORCID number;
  • address;
  • contact telephone number;
  • e-mail address;
  • in the case of academic staff – also affiliation; if the author is from outside an academic institution, the affiliation may include an indication of the profession or institution with which the author is associated.

The submitted material should be accompanied by an abstract in Polish and its English equivalent (up to 1,200 characters with spaces) and a minimum of five key phrases (in Polish and English), as well as the title of the text translated into English. An appendix bibliography (including sources cited in the article) should also be attached, and in the case of co-authorship, the percentage of contribution to the publication should be indicated.

The editorial team requests that information about the sources of funding for a given publication, such as grants or subsidies, be provided in a footnote. If the scientific texts submitted to the editorial office are the result of research projects, scholarships and scientific internships or scientific activities financed by scientific/research institutions, they should include information about this fact, together with an indication of the licence under which they may be published.
