The author of the text transfers to the Publisher the economic rights and related rights, including the exclusive rights to authorise the exercise of derivative copyrights and to transfer the acquired rights, which shall take place unconditionally and immediately, without time limits and with regard to place, including: (1) producing, recording and reproducing copies of the article using any techniques, including printing, reprography, magnetic recording and digital techniques, in particular their reproduction by recording on CDs; (2) entering into computer memory and placing on the Internet and internal networks of the Internet type; (3) publishing and distributing.
