Henryka Bednorz-Godyń

President of the Council of the Chamber of Judicial Officers in Krakow. For several years she has been a member of the Scientific Council of the Scientific and Training Centre of the National Council of Judicial Officers in Warsaw and a member of the Scientific Society of Civil Litigators. She has many years of experience in editing and managing specialist publications (medical and legal). For the past 11 years, she has been working for the Law Enforcement Review as a managing editor and language editor on behalf of the publisher. She has also been secretary to the editorial board of PPE for several years.

Dr hab. Agnieszka Laskowska-Hulisz, professor at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń
Head of the Department of Civil Procedure at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń
She is a legal adviser and a permanent expert at the University Centre for Legal Expertise at the same institution, as well as being the Chair of the Centre’s Programme Council. She delivers training courses to judges, notaries, legal advisers, barristers, bailiffs and trainee legal advisers. She has published works on substantive and procedural civil law, with a particular focus on civil procedure, non-contentious proceedings and judicial enforcement.

Dr hab. Joanna Bodio, professor at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin

She is the deputy director of the Institute of Legal Sciences at the University of Maria Curie-Skłodowska, a legal advisor and a member of the Scientific Society of Civil Prosecutors. She is also a member of the Editorial Board of the quarterly ‘Annales UMCS’ and the author of several monographs and numerous scientific papers on civil procedure and the system of legal protection authorities.

Dr hab. Marcin Dziurda, professor at the Warsaw University

He is the director of the postgraduate programme, “Arbitration in Practice”. He is a member of the Civil Law Codification Commission and the Warsaw Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers, as well as being Vice-Dean and a member of the National Council of Legal Advisers. His other roles include Vice-Chairman of the Arbitration Council of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, and permanent mediator and conciliator at the Court of Conciliation at the General Procurator’s Office. Winner of the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna ”Golden Paragraph” award for the best legal advisor (2015) ora special award in the competition of ”Przegląd Sądowy” and Wolters Kluwer Publishing House for the most useful book for legal practice in 2019.

He is the Head of the Department of Civil Procedure and Legal Protection at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. He is president of the 5th Commercial Division of the Regional Court in Olsztyn and a visiting judge for commercial and land registry cases at the same court. He is the author of over 250 scientific publications in the fields of law and civil procedure.
